Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, and optimize custom software components across systems and applications.
- Act as a subject matter expert and collaborate with or manage the team to deliver solutions.
- Make team decisions and contribute to decisions involving multiple teams.
- Identify and implement process improvements that increase team productivity and software quality.
- Debug, performance-tune, and optimize software components.
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate cross-functional communication for project alignment and timely delivery.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Trading Services Front Office.
- Proficiency in Trading Services Front Office.
- Strong experience with the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to design and implement scalable software architectures.
- Familiarity with modern programming languages and frameworks relevant to trading services.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- 15 years of full-time education required.
