Responsibilities
- Partner with engineers, product managers, and designers to build quality into features from the start.
- Contribute directly to product code to enhance reliability, testability, and observability.
- Design and implement robust automation across API, integration, and UI layers.
- Evolve testing approaches using modern engineering practices for fast feedback and reliable results.
- Improve CI/CD pipelines to ensure quality checks are fast and useful.
- Experiment with AI to enhance testing and validation processes.
- Establish a strong quality culture and mentor team members.
Requirements
- Strong software engineering experience in JavaScript, TypeScript, or similar languages.
- Proven track record of building or improving automated testing in real-world systems.
- Experience with modern development environments, CI/CD, and cloud platforms.
- Hands-on experience applying AI in quality engineering or testing contexts.
- Ability to use AI to solve real testing or quality problems innovatively.
