Responsibilities
- Lead technical consulting engagements with IT professionals in biotechnology.
- Design, prototype, and oversee cloud-based integrations and automations on Benchling’s platform.
- Engage with product and engineering teams to align customer feedback with Benchling's roadmap.
- Collaborate with project managers to enable complex rollouts and identify technical risks.
- Build and deliver demos or POCs to ensure stakeholder alignment on proposed solutions.
- Contribute to technical documentation and the developer platform product roadmap.
Requirements
- B.S in a life sciences discipline or engineering/computer science.
- 5+ years of client-facing software implementation or consulting experience.
- Proficient in using REST APIs and Python for integration demos.
- Demonstrated success in technical leadership and conceptual modeling.
- Familiar with modern cloud software development processes and tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to travel to customer sites up to 10-20%.
