Responsibilities
- Design and deploy multi-step AI pipelines and workflows using modern LLM APIs.
- Identify and automate manual processes across People and Finance.
- Integrate data from core business systems into unified dashboards.
- Collaborate with functional leaders to prototype intelligent workflows.
- Act as a 'team of one' to deliver a long-term vision.
- Ensure the security and integrity of workflows and AI-generated code.
Requirements
- Strong experience with modern AI/LLM APIs and data management.
- Comfortable with backend logic, data pipelines, and front-end development.
- Experience in cross-functional roles translating business needs into technical solutions.
- Ability to communicate AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience integrating with HR or finance systems like Workday or Greenhouse is a plus.
- Proven success in building agents for routine questions and autonomous processes.
