Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive discovery to understand customer requirements.
- Collaborate with the sales team to progress opportunities.
- Manage technical sales progression from discovery to technical win.
- Create sales presentations and product demonstrations for various audiences.
- Engage in solution validation through custom demonstrations and customer-led PoCs.
- Empathize with customers to discern their technical needs.
- Maintain a deep technical understanding of the Auth0 product line.
- Participate in local and regional sales and marketing events.
Requirements
- Experience in a Pre-Sales role as a Sales Engineer or Solutions Engineer.
- Ability to articulate complex technical ideas clearly.
- Experience in a customer-facing role such as consulting or support.
- Familiarity with at least one standard identity protocol (e.g., OIDC, OAuth2).
- Strong development background with proficiency in a backend stack and a frontend stack.
- Experience with REST APIs and SDKs.
- Understanding of core security concerns within applications.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to convey business value.
- Natural relationship-building skills and effective time management.
- Willingness to travel and meet customers.
