Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor and Salesforce product and platform expert to complex enterprise customers.
- Architect technology solutions using the Salesforce Platform in collaboration with clients, delivery managers, and solution architects.
- Lead strategic initiatives that grow the consulting practice and contribute to the professional community’s knowledge base.
- Guide customers and colleagues in evaluating and deploying emerging technologies for increased business value.
- Identify and proactively manage risks through complete resolution.
- Manage customer expectations and negotiate complex solutions with customers and third-party partners.
- Review and correct project and program direction, approaches, and artifacts to keep solutions maintainable and on track.
- Contribute to program visions and advise on project strategies and enabling technologies.
- Present complex concepts, develop audience-appropriate materials, and influence C-level and senior technology stakeholders.
- Mentor and develop technical talent when leading technical teams or workstreams.
Requirements
- 8+ years of enterprise architecture or consulting experience.
- 4+ years of experience leading Salesforce Core Projects.
- Strong application design, data architecture, integration architecture, and security architecture skills.
- Strong presentation, written communication, verbal communication, analytical, design, and business-process optimization skills.
- Strong experience with integration concepts, designs, and patterns.
- Preferred bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline; equivalent demonstrable work experience may substitute.
- Ability to communicate and defend technical viewpoints, explain complex concepts, influence customers, and work with diverse roles.
- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect certification or multiple Salesforce Architecture certifications is preferred.
- Consumer Goods Cloud, Consumer Goods Retail Execution, Trade Promotion Management, or general Consumer Goods industry experience is a plus.
- Experience with application design and development, enterprise architecture, Salesforce enterprise applications, AI-powered development tools, or technical team leadership is preferred.
