Responsibilities

  • Own complete technical solution design for Agentforce experiences, including agent topics, instructions, actions, automations, deployment methods, and supporting data structures.
  • Design scalable and secure Salesforce Data 360 architectures, including DLOs, DMOs, identity resolution, real-time data activation, retrievers, and search indexes.
  • Define Salesforce integrations with third-party systems and establish scalable data-ingestion and agent-grounding strategies.
  • Guide and mentor developers through design reviews, code reviews, testing, deployment, and standards for Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Agentforce development.
  • Define agent testing, evaluation, guardrails, and Einstein Trust Layer approaches.
  • Collaborate with customers, project managers, solution architects, developers, designers, and other teammates from initial design through production deployment.
  • Track new technical capabilities across Salesforce, Anthropic Claude, AWS, GCP, and other platforms, and contribute reusable delivery assets.
  • Maintain applicable Salesforce certifications and represent NeuraFlash and Accenture in the Salesforce community.
  • Travel up to 25% for customer projects and company events while maintaining a valid passport.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in application and software development.
  • 4+ years of experience with Salesforce in a development or technical architecture role.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Apex and JavaScript, with exposure to Python, Java, or C# and experience with Salesforce Flows, Lightning Web Components, or Visualforce.
  • Experience designing and building Agentforce agents, workflows, and automations and designing solutions on Salesforce Data 360.
  • Experience designing Salesforce integrations with third-party systems through REST APIs.
  • Understanding of front-end web development principles and HTML/CSS.
  • Experience with source control and branching or pull request strategies, plus familiarity with CI/CD solutions and DevOps principles.
  • Strong communication skills for explaining complex technical details to developers and customer executives.
  • Preferred experience includes agentic AI, generative AI, Data 360 unstructured DMOs, retrievers, search indexes, RAG, identity resolution, Agentforce Agent Script, Salesforce certifications, consulting delivery, additional Salesforce Clouds, Enhanced Chat, Omni-Channel, Amazon Connect, AWS or GCP, AWS Lambda, and Claude Code.
