Base Salary
$160k - $230k/yr
Responsibilities
- Define test plans, acceptance criteria, and coverage matrices for new features.
- Test AI agent conversations for accuracy, tone, and edge cases.
- Own the QA gate for releases and manage regression suites.
- Run a distributed QA team, assigning work and reviewing results.
- Classify, prioritize, and document defects for engineering.
- Build QA processes, workflows, and documentation for scalability.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in QA or quality assurance.
- Experience managing distributed QA teams across time zones.
- Strong skills in test planning and strategy development.
- Experience testing conversational AI or non-deterministic products.
- Excellent communication skills for detailed bug reports and test plans.
- Ability to push back on engineering regarding release readiness.
