Base Salary
$160k - $230k/yr
Responsibilities
- Define test plans, acceptance criteria, and coverage matrices for features across voice, chat, and email AI agents
- Test AI agent conversations for accuracy, tone, hallucinations, and edge cases
- Own the QA gate for releases, coordinate test cycles, manage regression suites, and sign off on production readiness
- Manage a distributed QA team by assigning work, reviewing results, setting standards, and coordinating across time zones
- Classify, prioritize, and document defects for efficient engineering reproduction and resolution
- Build QA processes, workflows, and documentation as the product and team scale
Requirements
- At least 7 years of QA or quality assurance experience leading test efforts for complex products
- Experience managing or leading distributed QA teams across time zones
- Strong test planning and edge-case analysis skills
- Experience testing conversational AI, voice systems, chatbots, or other non-deterministic products
- Clear and organized communication, including detailed bug reports and thorough test plans
- Ability to challenge engineering teams when releases are not ready while applying practical quality judgment
- Comfort building a QA function, including processes, tools, and quality standards
- Interest in AI quality assurance
