Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
- Define and implement development best practices and support team adherence.
- Develop client scripts, business rules, script includes, UI policies, and UI actions.
- Create and maintain Service Portal pages and widgets.
- Support integrations, data import and export activities, and platform automation.
- Create reports, dashboards, and automated processes.
- Support testing, bug fixing, production deployments, and platform upgrades.
- Provide L3 support for ServiceNow applications.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, and client stakeholders to deliver business transformation solutions.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of overall IT experience and 4 years of ServiceNow development experience.
- Strong JavaScript development skills for server-side and client-side scripting.
- Experience with APIs, integrations, and Service Portal development.
- Knowledge of relational databases, data modeling, and SQL queries.
- Understanding of ServiceNow security, performance, and platform reliability concepts.
- Experience with Automated Test Framework (ATF).
- ServiceNow System Administrator or Application Developer certification is advantageous.
- A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
- English language proficiency at B2+/C1 level.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
