Responsibilities
- Design, execute, and analyze experiments and A/B tests for search and recommendation flows.
- Optimize user behavior using data and address ranking, relevance, and search-result quality problems.
- Collaborate with Search and EVAL, Engineering leadership, and product teams.
- Use AI tools intensively as part of the daily engineering workflow.
Requirements
- Solid experience with React.
- Strong analytical profile and technical foundation for solving complex problems.
- Experience with experimentation, testing, optimization, and user-behavior analysis.
- Practical, fluent daily use of AI tools such as Cloud Code, Cursor, and agents.
- Good technical communication and willingness to collaborate.
- Prior experience with search systems is not required.
