Base Salary
$110k - $140k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
- Develop Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, test classes, and asynchronous processes.
- Build Lightning Web Components using JavaScript and Apex.
- Configure Salesforce objects, fields, validation rules, record types, workflows, Flows, and page layouts.
- Create and execute unit tests, integration tests, and release-readiness testing activities.
- Develop Salesforce reports and dashboards.
- Manage data updates and migrations using Data Loader, Workbench, and Data Import Wizard.
- Implement Salesforce security and access controls, including profiles, permission sets, role hierarchy, organization-wide defaults, and sharing rules.
- Translate business requirements into Apex, JavaScript, LWC, Flow, and declarative Salesforce solutions.
- Support code promotion and deployments using Change Sets, ANT, Gearset, Git, and Jenkins.
- Deliver Experience Cloud Sites, Portals, Communities, and Salesforce CMS solutions.
- Provide troubleshooting, production support, technical documentation, and ongoing platform improvements.
- Support Service Cloud Voice and Amazon Connect development or integrations.
Requirements
- Required Salesforce certifications, including Salesforce Platform Developer certification.
- 8+ years of experience developing and managing Salesforce Platform applications.
- Strong knowledge of Visualforce, Lightning Component Framework, Flow, Process Builder, Apex controllers and triggers, governor limits, web services, and batch jobs.
- Extensive hands-on Apex development experience, including classes, triggers, test classes, scheduled batch jobs, and asynchronous processing.
- Strong Lightning Web Components and JavaScript development experience.
- Proficiency building complex Salesforce Flows and using declarative automation tools.
- Advanced Salesforce configuration experience, including custom objects, fields, validation rules, record types, page layouts, and territory management.
- Experience delivering Apex- and LWC-heavy projects and translating technical requirements into development work.
- Experience with Gearset, version control, and CI/CD practices.
- Experience delivering Sites, Portals, and Communities with Salesforce Experience Cloud and Salesforce CMS.
- In-depth knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Administrator and additional Salesforce certifications are preferred.
- Marketing Cloud and other Salesforce Cloud experience are preferred.
- Salesforce Service Cloud Voice and Amazon Connect experience are preferred.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Must be authorized to work for any U.S. employer; visa sponsorship is unavailable.
