Responsibilities
- Develop and implement scalable, performant full-stack web application solutions.
- Partner with Engineering Managers, Product Managers, and stakeholders to develop and execute technical roadmaps.
- Serve as a trusted technical decision-maker focused on short- and long-term business value.
- Mentor and coach junior engineers and conduct thorough pull request reviews.
- Collaborate as part of a cross-functional engineering team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 6 years of experience building full-stack web applications on cross-functional teams.
- At least 3 years of experience using SQL or another database querying language with large, multi-table datasets.
- At least 3 years of experience serving as a trusted technical decision-maker in a team setting.
- At least 3 years of experience coaching other engineers.
- Preferred qualifications include expertise with a server-side web technology, data ingestion and large-scale data processing, relational databases, API design and development, cloud technologies, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and systems handling sensitive data.
