Responsibilities
- Lead technical design and architecture decisions for complex, scalable systems.
- Build and maintain scalable web applications, APIs, and third-party integrations.
- Lead technical projects from conception through delivery and resolve complex software issues.
- Deploy and maintain cloud-based applications using Azure or AWS.
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers and lead code reviews.
- Drive engineering standards, automated testing, CI/CD development, and process improvements.
- Collaborate with engineering, product management, design, stakeholders, and leadership.
- Lead Agile/Scrum practices, sprint planning, estimation, technical discussions, and architectural decisions.
- Participate in hiring decisions and conduct technical interviews.
- Lead knowledge sharing, technical training, documentation, and architecture decision records.
Requirements
- Extensive professional software development experience with demonstrated technical leadership.
- Expert proficiency in .NET Framework and .NET Core/5+ development.
- Strong experience with Angular, React, or Vue.js.
- Extensive experience with Azure or AWS cloud platforms.
- Advanced database design and development experience with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or similar technologies.
- Deep expertise in software architecture patterns and scalable, distributed systems.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows.
- Strong API design and development experience involving REST, JSON, and GraphQL.
- Experience with automated testing frameworks and test-driven development.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code.
- Proven experience leading technical projects and cross-functional initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor developers and lead Agile/Scrum practices.
- Strong communication skills and ability to make technical decisions based on business impact.
