Responsibilities
- Design and implement performant, resilient, and scalable cloud-native SaaS applications using microservice architecture.
- Build stateful autonomous agents with LangGraph that plan tasks, query knowledge graphs, and execute tools.
- Develop Graph-RAG pipelines combining semantic search with structured knowledge traversal.
- Integrate agents with engineering tools, simulators, databases, and knowledge sources while implementing safeguards for accuracy, traceability, and reliability.
- Optimize prompting, agent orchestration, and AI system performance in real-world conditions.
- Build low-latency Python services with FastAPI for frontend and AI model data delivery.
- Architect Azure and/or AWS infrastructure using Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Ansible.
- Guide data modeling and database design across relational and NoSQL systems.
- Create architecture diagrams and documentation for current applications and new features.
- Collaborate with product management, sales, customer, and engineering teams to align technical solutions with business needs.
- Maintain code quality, testing, and API design standards while supporting rapid delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or a related STEM field.
- Experience developing complex software applications.
- Proven experience designing and implementing performant, resilient, and scalable SaaS applications with microservice architecture.
- Strong experience with Azure and/or AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Ansible.
- Experience with data modeling and database design using SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
- Experience with data platforms and pipelines such as Databricks, Airflow, and Delta Lake.
- Experience with AI/ML technologies and agentic AI frameworks including LangChain, AutoGen, and CrewAI.
- Fluency in Node.js and/or Python.
- Experience with DevOps and build pipeline tooling such as GitLab Runner.
- Experience writing unit tests and maintaining high code quality.
- Hands-on experience influencing product management, sales, customer, and engineering teams.
- Advanced English communication skills.
- Preferred: React experience, technical or real-time acquisition software experience in the Oil & Gas industry, or Azure AI Engineer, Azure Data Engineer, or Azure Architect certification.
