Responsibilities
- Lead the squad technically and serve as a reference for software development and solution architecture.
- Mentor developers, support their professional development, and provide ongoing feedback.
- Remain hands-on in software development and code reviews.
- Define and validate technical solutions aligned with business needs.
- Promote development best practices, code quality, and architectural standards.
- Encourage Clean Code, SOLID, TDD, and BDD practices.
- Facilitate technical discussions and support squad decision-making.
- Ensure application quality, security, performance, and scalability.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of development and DevOps processes.
- Participate in agile ceremonies and collaborate with technical and business stakeholders.
Requirements
- Prior experience as a Tech Lead, technical reference, or technical leader.
- Strong knowledge of solution architecture, microservices, and systems integration.
- Experience with agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Experience mentoring developers, developing technical teams, and conducting code reviews.
- Proficiency with Java 17, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Data, and Spring Security.
- Proficiency with Angular 17, TypeScript, micro front-ends, and Native Federation.
- Experience with REST APIs, Swagger/OpenAPI, and API tools such as Postman, Insomnia, or Bruno.
- Experience with JUnit, Mockito, Maven, Lombok, and MapStruct.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Dynatrace, Elastic Stack, OpenTelemetry, and ArgoCD.
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
