Responsibilities
- Plan code implementation, enhancements, and changes for IVRS systems with managers, programmers, support staff, and product managers.
- Research and develop advanced technology solutions across the full lifecycle of IVRS applications.
- Perform complex IT project work delivering software and technology solutions using automated voice software.
- Plan, manage, and coordinate projects from initiation through completion, including scope, work breakdown structures, schedules, deliverables, goals, and milestones.
- Identify and manage project risks, determine resource needs, and obtain approval for project deliverables.
- Oversee software development lifecycles including design, coding, testing, implementation, and maintenance of legacy IVRS infrastructure.
- Create functional and general design documentation, build and deploy web-based and IVRS applications, and address system security requirements.
- Conduct user acceptance testing, document test cases, and perform software unit, integration, and acceptance testing.
- Design reports, audit trails, logs, and security mechanisms using available development tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, human-computer interaction, interactive media, digital and graphics design, data visualization, communication, or a related field, plus four years of relevant full-time experience and a relevant specialization.
- Associate degree in a related field, plus six years of relevant full-time experience and a relevant specialization.
- Bachelor’s degree in any field, plus eight years of relevant full-time experience and a relevant specialization.
- Equivalent education and/or experience may substitute for the listed qualifications.
- Experience with IVRS, NICE CXone, or a similar platform is required.
- Experience with Oracle, SQL, XML, and .NET is relevant to the role.
