Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and improve scalable, maintainable, secure, and high-performing software solutions.
- Build GenAI applications involving LLM integration, prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, vector stores, evaluation, guardrails, and agentic workflows.
- Engineer and manage robust cloud-native infrastructure and deployment pipelines for reliable delivery of digital solutions.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to define requirements and solution strategies.
- Participate in code reviews, promote code quality and knowledge sharing, and implement unit testing practices.
- Lead or guide complex assignments, influence technical decisions, communicate complex information, and contribute to policy, governance, and risk controls.
- Support operational excellence through observability, resilience, secure coding, monitoring, and performance and cost optimization.
Requirements
- Experience with full-stack engineering using Python with FastAPI or Django, or Java with Spring Boot, plus React, Angular, TypeScript, APIs, databases, and automated testing.
- Hands-on GenAI engineering experience with LLM integration, prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, vector stores, evaluation, guardrails, and agentic workflows.
- Experience with cloud-native and DevSecOps delivery, including microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, observability, resilience, and secure engineering.
- Knowledge of AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, Spring AI, or LangChain4j.
- MLOps or LLMOps experience involving prompt and model versioning, evaluation automation, monitoring, and performance and cost optimization is valued.
- Financial services or payments experience, enterprise integration, event-driven architecture, responsible AI, and regulatory controls are valued.
- Ability to manage risk and controls, think strategically, influence stakeholders, collaborate across functions, and lead or guide colleagues.
