Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML and Generative AI solutions.
- Architect scalable AI platforms and ensure adherence to engineering best practices.
- Translate business and technical requirements into AI-driven solutions.
- Develop and optimize machine learning models, LLM-based applications, and data pipelines.
- Drive technical discussions, code reviews, and solution architecture decisions.
- Mentor and guide AI/ML engineers and developers.
- Ensure model performance, reliability, security, and scalability in production environments.
- Stay current with emerging AI technologies and industry trends.
Requirements
- Require 6–8 years of experience in software development, AI, or machine learning.
- Require strong Python skills and experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
- Require experience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, and AI agents.
- Require hands-on experience with Azure AI, Azure OpenAI, AWS AI/ML, or Google Cloud AI services.
- Require knowledge of NLP, deep learning, model deployment, and MLOps.
- Require experience with vector databases, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or similar frameworks.
- Require knowledge of APIs, microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Require experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and large-scale data processing.
- Prefer experience leading technical teams or projects.
- Prefer exposure to AI governance, responsible AI, and model monitoring.
- Prefer Azure AI, AWS ML, or equivalent cloud technology certifications.
- Prefer strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Require a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
