Responsibilities
- Build and deliver full-stack production features using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and TypeScript.
- Design and implement micro frontend architectures supporting independent deployment and reduced coupling.
- Build agentic AI workflows and integrate LLM APIs using structured outputs, tool use, prompting, retrieval-augmented generation, or fine-tuning.
- Create specifications, manage context, validate AI-generated output, and use AI to support coding, reviews, testing, and documentation.
- Design secure, scalable APIs and services with strong quality, testing, observability, and production-readiness standards.
- Own the full service lifecycle, including delivery, deployment, CI/CD, containerization, monitoring, and production operations.
- Lead technical decisions, coordinate delivery, mentor engineers, and promote engineering excellence.
- Diagnose production issues, drive root-cause fixes, and maintain accurate technical documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience demonstrated through a portfolio of delivered work.
- At least 7 years of professional software development experience.
- Production experience with Java, Spring Boot, Spring Security, Angular, TypeScript, RxJS, state management, and enterprise component libraries.
- Practical micro frontend experience with Module Federation, Single-SPA, or equivalent patterns.
- Experience with REST API design, microservices, OIDC/JWT authentication, service discovery, routing, and event-driven architecture.
- Hands-on experience with Redis, Memcached, or Hazelcast; Kafka or an equivalent event-streaming platform; SQL Server or PostgreSQL; and MongoDB.
- Experience with Maven or Gradle, JUnit, Mockito, WireMock, Jasmine or Jest, Cypress, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Experience with Datadog or Prometheus/Grafana and structured logging, distributed tracing, metrics, and alerting.
- Preferred qualifications include GraphQL, Pact or Spring Cloud Contract, Hazelcast distributed computing, Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector, AI observability, AI security, WCAG, and ARIA.
