Responsibilities
- Own requirements, architecture, design, development, testing, and production support for ServiceNow applications.
- Develop and deploy ServiceNow business rules, client scripts, UI policies and actions, UI pages and macros, script includes, catalog items, workflows, web services, and reports.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to define the ServiceNow platform roadmap and deliver system designs.
- Create use cases and design artifacts with business analysts according to ServiceNow standards.
- Ensure service-level agreements are met and troubleshoot production issues.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, coaching, and assistance with technical issues and design and code reviews.
- Support process improvement across technical teams to strengthen development, monitoring, and production support.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 10+ years of IT experience.
- 8+ years of ServiceNow development and administration experience.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and architecture.
- Experience administering, configuring, developing, and customizing ServiceNow and related integrations.
- Experience with HTML5, CSS3, AngularJS, JavaScript, client- and server-side scripting, ServiceNow APIs, and web services.
- Experience with Agile practices, including sprint planning, code reviews, and retrospectives.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently, communicate, and collaborate effectively.
- Relevant ServiceNow certifications are highly preferred.
