Responsibilities
- Understand client requirements and translate them into feasible software designs.
- Design, code, test, maintain, modify, and troubleshoot software applications.
- Develop and automate software validation processes, including test cases, scenarios, and usage cases.
- Perform root-cause analysis, resolve defects, and improve system performance and availability.
- Support continuous integration, deployment, monitoring, onboarding, and release-plan adherence.
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, code comments, and project status updates.
- Coordinate with functional teams, systems analysts, project managers, engineering staff, stakeholders, and clients.
- Capture client requirements and clarifications, collect feedback, and provide timely responses to customer requests.
- Evaluate software-hardware interfaces and develop specifications and performance requirements.
- Participate in continuing education, training, and certifications to maintain current programming skills.
Requirements
- Mandatory Full Stack MERN skills.
- 5–8 years of software development experience.
- Experience understanding requirements, designing software, coding, testing, debugging, and maintaining applications.
- Ability to develop automated software validation and execute test scenarios.
- Ability to perform root-cause analysis, troubleshoot issues, and improve system performance.
- Ability to create clear technical documentation, reports, and project status updates.
- Ability to collaborate with clients, project managers, analysts, functional teams, and engineering staff.
- Customer-focused communication, issue tracking, and status-reporting skills.
