Responsibilities

  • Design, code, and deploy custom AI integrations connecting CRM, sales engagement platforms, and other GTM technology.
  • Build internal LLM-based tools for account and contact enrichment, outbound messaging, and administrative automation.
  • Develop agentic workflows for CRM updates, meeting summaries, follow-up scheduling, and other revenue-organization tasks.
  • Audit and optimize the GTM technology stack, consolidate redundant vendors, and reduce technology spend.
  • Implement predictive modeling and next-best-action recommendations for high-intent pipeline and sales execution.
  • Maintain data integrity and a single source of truth across revenue platforms for forecasting and AI use.
  • Build AI-driven customer retention loops, renewal triggers, content distribution, and performance-marketing automation.
  • Train GTM teams to prompt and use deployed AI tools effectively.
  • Manage multiple AI agents, resolve conflicts, prevent duplicate outreach, and maintain Salesforce data quality.
  • Create prompt libraries, training datasets, and refinement workflows for AI agents.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM Engineering.
  • Deep understanding of the leads-to-revenue funnel and best-in-class SaaS ecosystems.
  • Ability to write and maintain production integrations using Python, JavaScript, HTML, or equivalent technologies.
  • Experience connecting AI agents to CRM, marketing automation, and sequencing tools through APIs.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce, Clay, Claude, Outreach, and Gong or Chorus.
  • Proven ability to consolidate technology stacks and reduce vendor spend without sacrificing performance.
  • Understanding of pipeline math, stage conversion rates, revenue targets, and unit economics.
  • Experience orchestrating multiple AI agents across segments or functions while maintaining data quality.
  • Demonstrated ability to build prompt libraries, training datasets, and AI-agent refinement workflows.
  • Strong judgment regarding when AI should replace human work versus augment it.
