Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot client issues related to ESRI ArcGIS Enterprise application deployment and system architecture.
- Design and deploy ArcGIS cloud-based web applications and data management strategies.
- Become a technical expert in ArcGIS and anticipate customer needs.
- Solve complex problems with IT infrastructure and application design.
- Develop tools and applications using ArcGIS Dashboard, Insights, and other tools.
- Suggest new technologies and approaches for innovation.
- Adapt to changing demands and transitions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Geography, GIS, Computer Science, or related field.
- 2+ years of geospatial solution engineering experience.
- Active Top Secret Security Clearance.
- Programming experience with Python and Javascript.
- Ability to troubleshoot client issues related to Esri ArcGIS Enterprise.
- Understanding of ArcGIS from an IT context including hardware and networking.
- Experience administrating an ArcGIS Enterprise.
- Working knowledge of modern web technology and geodatabases.
