Base Salary
$75k - $118k/yr
Responsibilities
- Generate partner deal registrations and jointly own partner-sourced opportunities with Partner Managers.
- Run partner-specific sales playbooks, including deal qualification, technical scoping, services attachment, and opportunity acceleration.
- Support hands-on labs and proofs of concept with account executives, solutions architects, and partners.
- Own technical relationships and champions across a managed partner portfolio and maintain Technical Engagement Plans.
- Create enablement and certification roadmaps and lead technical lab workshops across Elastic products.
- Co-architect solution blueprints and reference architectures with partners, including hyperscalers.
- Build reusable demos, sales cards, battlecards, reference win stories, blogs, white papers, and other customer-facing content.
- Support technical deployments of Elastic in partner labs, demonstration environments, and testing grounds.
- Track partner-sourced deals, committed engagement plans, published assets, and other business impact outputs.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in technology solutions, practice development, architecture, consulting, and/or cloud or infrastructure technologies.
- At least 1 year of software-sector presales experience, ideally with channel, alliances, SI/GSI, or MSSP ecosystems in the US Public Sector.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Working knowledge of security operations, including SIEM, endpoint security, and cloud security, and/or observability, plus an understanding of AI and semantic search technologies.
- Professional experience architecting or operating solutions on AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure.
- Ability to translate technical capabilities into partner business cases, discuss services scope and margin, and support commercial decisions.
- Strong communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences, with the ability to lead through influence.
- Technical experience in at least one Elastic solution area—AI agents and Search, security operations, or observability—is highly desired.
- Ability to travel to partner offices, events, and conferences, with approximately 30% travel expected.
- Must be located in the Washington, DC metropolitan area.
- Experience with AI/ML technologies, LLMs, embeddings, vector search, or agentic AI frameworks is a bonus.
- Proficiency in Python, Bash, or a similar scripting or programming language is a bonus.
- Technical training, instruction, or curriculum development experience is a plus.
