Responsibilities
- Understand client requirements and convert them into feasible software designs.
- Design, develop, test, modify, and maintain full-stack Java enterprise software.
- Automate software validation by creating and executing test cases, scenarios, and usage cases.
- Troubleshoot software issues, perform root cause analysis, and improve system performance and availability.
- Analyze and resolve errors, adapt software to new hardware, and upgrade interfaces.
- Prepare code, documentation, flowcharts, reports, and project status updates.
- Coordinate with project managers, functional teams, engineering staff, and stakeholders on delivery and progress.
- Capture client requirements and clarifications, respond to customer requests, and support on-time delivery.
- Monitor continuous integration, deployment, and software implementation quality.
- Participate in training and continuing education to maintain current programming and software development skills.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of professional experience.
- Mandatory full-stack Java enterprise experience.
- Ability to analyze requirements, software processes, system flows, data usage, and work processes.
- Ability to develop, test, troubleshoot, document, and maintain software solutions.
- Ability to collaborate with clients, project managers, systems analysts, functional teams, and engineering staff.
- Ability to produce accurate technical documentation, reports, and status updates.
- Commitment to software quality, customer focus, and timely delivery.
