Base Salary
$92k - $171k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, document, test, and debug applications software and systems.
- Collaborate with equipment designers and hardware engineers on electronic data processing systems.
- Analyze user needs and system capabilities, resolve software and system problems, and prepare operating instructions.
- Design and develop compilers, assemblers, utility programs, and operating systems.
- Ensure software standards are met.
- Provide Agile leadership, planning, scheduling, and technical customer engagement.
Requirements
- Level 2: Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of professional experience, or a master’s degree with 0 years of professional experience; an additional 4+ years of experience may substitute for the degree.
- Level 3: Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of professional experience, master’s degree with 3 years, or PhD with 1 year; an additional 4+ years of experience may substitute for the degree.
- Active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information clearance is required at application, and a Counterintelligence Polygraph is required to start.
- Experience with software architecture, design, and development.
- Experience with Agile leadership, including product owner or scrum master responsibilities, planning, and scheduling.
- Experience with technical customer engagement and interaction.
- Experience using Jira and Confluence.
- Perl and Python experience and an adjudicated Counterintelligence Polygraph are preferred.
