Base Salary
$92k - $171k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, test, document, and present software solutions.
- Develop software using Java, object-oriented programming, Linux, Git, containerization, and automation pipelines.
- Perform automated regression testing at the unit, integration, and system levels.
- Collaborate with teams supporting multiple products and customers.
- Handle technical prioritization and contribute to software development lifecycle activities.
Requirements
- Level 2 requires a bachelor’s degree in science with 2+ years of software development experience, a master’s degree with 0+ years, or 4 additional years of experience in lieu of a degree.
- Level 3 requires a bachelor’s degree in science with 5+ years of software development experience, a master’s degree with 3+ years, or 4 additional years of experience in lieu of a degree.
- An active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is required at the time of application.
- Experience with software development across design, implementation, and test; object-oriented programming; Git; software development lifecycle practices; Java; Linux; Docker; Kubernetes; Jenkins; GitLab; and automated regression testing is required.
- Preferred qualifications include service-oriented architectures, RESTful APIs, Elasticsearch, RabbitMQ, JavaScript, React, Python, Bash, Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Agile Scrum, command-and-control domains, device protocols, RF chains, and ground-station management.
- Ability to clearly document and present technical ideas, motivate a large agile team, and prioritize requests from multiple customers.
