Base Salary
$110k - $140k/yr
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between Business Units, clients, and the Core Engineering team.
- Collaborate with creative and operations teams to optimize AI-driven experiences.
- Configure and maintain new AI agents and Agentic flows using Google frameworks.
- Synthesize user and BU feedback into structured feature requests for engineering.
- Maintain clear documentation on implementations and workflows.
- Educate internal teams on new AI tools and best practices.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of AI systems within the Google AI ecosystem.
- Experience with prompt engineering, grounding, and system instruction tuning.
- Familiarity with API integrations and cloud-based architectures.
- Proven ability to prototype quickly using tools like Python or no/low-code platforms.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to document and train non-technical users effectively.
