Responsibilities
- Ship full-stack features end-to-end, owning the full lifecycle from conception to production.
- Build and maintain the infrastructure powering Fastino's services, ensuring reliability and performance.
- Work directly with AI researchers to integrate new model capabilities into the product.
- Translate user feedback into product improvements quickly and effectively.
- Collaborate daily with the team to review progress and address blockers.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on software engineering experience with a track record of owning features from design to deployment.
- Strong Python skills; comfort in TypeScript is a plus but not required.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and balance speed and scalability without needing a playbook.
- Optional: Experience building or integrating with LLM-based systems or AI infrastructure.
- Optional: Familiarity with high-concurrency backend systems or low-latency API design.
