Base Salary
$146k - $235k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain scalable backend services and APIs for the AI Configs product.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve GenAI workflows.
- Continuously optimize the performance, reliability, and scalability of systems.
- Participate in architecture and design discussions with senior engineers.
- Stay updated on developments in AI and software development best practices.
- Take ownership of production code and participate in on-call rotations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with a track record of shipping production-quality full-stack features.
- Hands-on experience building GenAI features or working with Large Language Models.
- Understanding of prompt engineering and deploying AI services in production.
- Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining RESTful APIs.
- Experience writing production-ready code with a focus on quality.
- Experience with distributed systems or data ingestion.
- Strong computer science fundamentals.
- Committed to a communicative, collaborative work environment.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguous challenges in a rapidly evolving domain.
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability for delivering impactful solutions.
- Proven ability to work closely with Product and Design teams in a fast-paced environment.
