Responsibilities
- Lead Salesforce configuration and automation using Flows, assignment rules, approval processes, validation rules, record types, layouts, and custom objects.
- Design and build custom Salesforce solutions with Apex classes, triggers, and batch jobs.
- Manage users, licenses, roles, profiles, permission sets, public groups, organization-wide defaults, and sharing rules.
- Manage and optimize integrations with HubSpot, Salesforce Data Cloud, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Ringlead, GTM automation tools, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware platforms.
- Design scalable user experiences such as screen flows and automate processes including opportunity progression.
- Build data models and stage gates supporting accurate conversion, stage-duration, and average-order-value reporting.
- Drive data quality and governance through rules and automation.
- Own the Salesforce platform roadmap, prioritization, and stakeholder alignment.
- Perform platform maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer activities.
- Provide end-user support, resolve tickets, and lead user onboarding and ongoing training.
Requirements
- At least five years of experience as a Salesforce developer or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, ERDs, cross-object reporting, and Salesforce and BI tools such as Tableau.
- Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and its use within a B2B data model.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, or Advanced Administrator certification is strongly preferred.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels.
- Familiarity with sales, marketing, and go-to-market workflows.
- Curious, proactive, continuously learning mindset and a customer-focused approach.
