Responsibilities
- Lead Salesforce configuration and automation, including Flows and approval processes.
- Design and build custom Salesforce solutions using Apex.
- Manage user and license configurations, including roles and permission sets.
- Optimize integrations across various tools and platforms.
- Design user experiences to streamline workflows and automate processes.
- Build data models for accurate reporting on key metrics.
- Drive data quality and governance through automation.
- Own the Salesforce platform roadmap and prioritize stakeholder needs.
- Conduct proactive system maintenance and security reviews.
- Provide end-user support and resolve tickets efficiently.
- Lead user onboarding and ongoing training to drive adoption.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce developer or similar role.
- Strong understanding of data modeling and cross-object reporting.
- Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud in a B2B context.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I (II) or Advanced Administrator certification preferred.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels.
- Familiarity with sales and marketing workflows.
- Curious and proactive mindset with a desire to learn.
- Customer-obsessed approach focused on user experience.
