Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, deploy, release, and monitor software modules and applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and colleagues across business divisions to understand needs and deliver software solutions.
Participate in pull request reviews, planning, feature refinement, and software architecture discussions.
Work across frontend and backend domains while maintaining a primary area of focus.
Deliver high-quality code aligned with Julius Baer's engineering guidelines and standards.
Contribute to software engineering communities by sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues.

Proven software engineering delivery experience using industry standards.
Experience or understanding of test-oriented development, including TDD and BDD.
Understanding of DevOps concepts, continuous integration, continuous deployment, and automated testing.
Willingness to learn new ways of working and support organizational transformation.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or proven relevant working experience.
Very good command of English.
Openness to working with both React and Spring Boot/Java, without requiring expertise in both domains.
