Responsibilities
- Design, implement, deploy, release, and monitor software applications.
- Develop and test software modules and ensure their integration within complex systems.
- Participate in pull request reviews, planning, and feature refinement sessions.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects and cross-functional colleagues to design aligned software solutions.
- Deliver high-quality code according to Julius Baer’s engineering guidelines and standards.
- Share knowledge through Software Engineering communities and support colleagues.
Requirements
- Proven software engineering delivery experience using industry standards.
- Experience or understanding of test-oriented development, automated testing, and DevOps concepts.
- Openness to working across frontend and backend domains while maintaining a primary focus.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or proven relevant working experience.
- Very good command of English.
- Pragmatic, open-minded, entrepreneurial, and collaborative approach.
