Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end architecture and complex product catalog design within Zuora Billing.
- Drive advanced Zuora configurations including custom workflows and billing performance optimization.
- Design and support robust integrations between Zuora and enterprise systems.
- Own post-go-live production support, including incident management and operational stability.
- Lead full lifecycle implementations and provide governance and technical leadership.
- Manage KLO operations and stakeholder support with daily activities.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Zuora subscriptions, billing, product and pricing management.
- Experience with integrations around Zuora with Salesforce, Oracle ERP, and payment gateways.
- Expertise in Zuora platform, objects, custom events, and workflows.
- Good understanding of customer aging, AR to GL reconciliation, and month-end processes.
- Knowledge of change management and Agile methodologies.
- B.Tech or MBA graduate.
