- Design, develop, modify, adapt, and implement technology solutions across applications, systems architecture, network systems, and application infrastructure.
- Review system requirements and business processes and provide software application development services within defined projects.
- Code, test, debug, document, and implement software solutions.
- Develop program logic for new applications and analyze or modify logic in existing applications.
- Ensure system improvements are successfully implemented.
- Interpret business challenges, recommend best practices, and solve complex problems using innovative solutions.
- Lead functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, or complexity.
- Communicate difficult concepts and negotiate with others to encourage adoption of different points of view.
Requirements
- Specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise in the relevant technology discipline.
- Understanding and application of procedures and concepts within the discipline, with basic knowledge of related disciplines.
- Ability to work independently and exercise sophisticated analytical judgment in complex situations.
- Ability to interpret internal or external business issues and recommend best practices.
- Ability to lead others in solving complex problems and communicate difficult concepts.
