Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality data-processing software services and components.
- Design APIs, data models, and low-level system architectures for well-scoped technical and business problems.
- Own services, components, and features through development, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Diagnose and resolve production and non-production issues using monitoring, logging, alerting, and incident investigation.
- Integrate and operate AI/ML-enabled solutions while managing quality, performance, reliability, and risk.
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering peers to estimate work and deliver features and fixes.
- Participate in code reviews and improve engineering practices, test coverage, automation, and operational excellence.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent related professional experience.
- At least 6 years of relevant professional experience.
- Professional software development experience with object-oriented or functional programming, version control, and debugging in at least one modern language.
- Experience designing and implementing APIs, data models, and low-level system designs in production environments.
- Experience owning services, components, or features across the software development lifecycle.
- Familiarity with AI-driven systems, tools, or workflows and applying AI/ML concepts to real-world products.
- Preferred experience with scalable and resilient services, cloud or distributed environments, production operations at scale, reliability improvements, and AI-assisted development or analysis tools.
