Base Salary
$139k - $174k/yr
Responsibilities
- Implement, test, and optimize scalable services and tools that address performance and monitoring problems.
- Develop control-plane software and APIs for Network Products and LBaaS.
- Collaborate with Networking teams to build new products and services.
- Support existing products and develop solutions to customer and product pain points.
- Improve tooling and processes for shipping robust, mission-critical systems.
- Help establish development and architecture best practices.
- Lead work across multiple teams to define and build API contracts.
Requirements
- Experience with Go programming and unit testing.
- Experience designing and developing high-performance systems.
- Networking-stack domain knowledge or strong willingness to learn.
- Experience developing full-stack applications with databases and APIs.
- Experience leading cross-team API-contract work.
- Experience with cloud development, containerization, and virtualization.
- Experience with continuous integration and delivery.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science or relevant equivalent experience.
- Experience with gRPC, Temporal, and Kafka is preferred or a bonus.
