Base Salary
$119k - $206k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver end-to-end product capabilities across UI, backend services, data, and workflow layers.
- Build scalable APIs, web applications, and internal agent tools for global customer support operations.
- Develop automation systems and AI-powered orchestration, agent workflows, and intent-to-action experiences.
- Improve system performance, reliability, scalability, testing, and operational quality.
- Collaborate with Product, SRE, and engineering partners in a follow-the-sun support model.
- Mentor junior engineers and lead small workstreams to improve technical quality and reduce technical debt.
- Participate in an on-call rotation.
Requirements
- 4–8 years of full-stack software development experience.
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong backend development skills in Java 11+ and Spring Boot, including scalable API and distributed-systems experience.
- Strong frontend development skills in JavaScript or TypeScript with React, Angular, or similar frameworks.
- Experience with SQL, NoSQL, Kafka or similar messaging systems, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of testing strategies across unit, integration, and frontend layers.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Experience or interest in workflow systems, customer support platforms, observability, secure application design, or AI-assisted and agent-based systems.
