Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and support manufacturing business systems for high performance and reliability.
- Support deployments and continuously improve IIoT and Industry 4.0 solutions for smart connected operations.
- Troubleshoot application, system, and infrastructure issues to minimize business disruption.
- Implement and enhance DevOps processes, including deployment and testing automation.
- Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and global teams to design, develop, test, and integrate solutions.
- Prepare work estimates with assumptions, constraints, and dependencies.
- Create and execute unit tests and automated tests.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in software development or Industry 4.0 solution development and implementation.
- Experience programming in Python, Java, or a similar language.
- Experience preparing work estimates and creating and executing unit and automated tests.
- Preferred experience designing, developing, and coordinating Digital Manufacturing application development, including Digital Twin or Optimization solutions.
- Preferred experience with AI/ML technologies such as LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, or Scikit-learn.
- Preferred experience in Industry 4.0 or smart manufacturing environments.
- Willingness to learn and adopt new technologies.
