Responsibilities
- Design, develop, implement, configure, customize, enhance, maintain, and retire manufacturing applications.
- Ensure applications are scalable, secure, high-performing, reliable, and compliant with IT security policies and industry standards.
- Participate in application upgrades, testing, deployment, version management, validation, and on-call support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and implement improvements to application performance, availability, and reliability.
- Collaborate with business teams, IT teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to integrate applications and support seamless data flow.
- Maintain technical documentation, including user guides, configuration documentation, and knowledge base articles.
- Contribute to process improvements and follow company safety rules and regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Information Systems, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience developing software using C++, C#, PL/SQL, or JavaScript.
- Knowledge of DevOps tools such as Git and modern software development practices.
- Experience with server operating systems and databases such as Oracle or MySQL.
- Understanding of cloud technologies.
- Knowledge of MES/MOM, OCP, or similar manufacturing execution systems is highly valued.
- Knowledge of IT security best practices and compliance standards.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills in English.
