Base Salary
$195k - $210k/yr
Responsibilities
- Define architectural frameworks, technical standards, and scalable software architectures.
- Lead design and development of distributed, secure, cloud-native software systems.
- Oversee complex solution development and guide teams on architectural principles.
- Troubleshoot complex issues, monitor applications, and support production incident resolution.
- Create and manage unit and automation tests while ensuring test coverage and stability.
- Participate in code reviews and promote code quality, modularity, and best practices.
- Mentor developers and contribute to continuous development initiatives.
- Collaborate with DevOps and infrastructure teams to optimize resource usage and cloud-native practices.
- Advise executives, support long-range planning, and present technical thought leadership.
- Travel domestically approximately 10% on a regular basis within the East Coast.
Requirements
- Master's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, CIS, or a related field.
- Two years of experience as a senior software developer or in a related role.
- Experience designing and developing enterprise-scale, highly distributed software systems and maintainable architectures for highly regulated industries.
- Experience with C#, .NET, .NET Core, Angular or React, Visual Studio, and Git.
- Experience with microservices, GraphQL, and Hasura for schema design and API integration.
- Experience deploying cloud-native applications using Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform.
- Experience using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions for DevOps and pipeline implementation.
- Experience with Apache Airflow for workflow orchestration.
- Experience applying software security and authorization best practices.
- Experience with containerization, AKS, and Docker.
- Experience leading technical design efforts and developing responsive, cross-browser user interfaces.
- Experience working within Agile, Scrum, or SAFe frameworks.
