Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Windows desktop applications using C++, MFC, STL, multithreading, and COM.
- Design and implement efficient data structures, algorithms, synchronization solutions, and software component integrations.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver software solutions.
- Follow coding standards, maintain technical documentation, participate in code reviews, and support software quality.
- Contribute to Agile development processes and additional development tasks involving C#, NUnit, and network protocol debugging.
Requirements
- B.E., B.Tech, M.Tech, MCA, or a related engineering degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics and Communications, Telecommunication, Electrical, Instrumentation, or a related discipline.
- 4–7 years of software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in C++ and hands-on experience with MFC for Windows desktop application development.
- Good understanding of STL and object-oriented programming principles.
- Expertise in multithreading and synchronization techniques.
- Experience with COM-based development and integration, debugging tools, and performance optimization.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle practices, version control systems such as Git and SVN, and Agile development environments.
- Preferred qualifications include C# application development, AI-assisted development tools, NUnit, network protocol debugging and analysis, software testing automation, continuous integration, and stakeholder collaboration.
