Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, deploy, and operate production-grade AI-powered applications, agents, services, integrations, and workflows.
- Prototype and iterate rapidly from requirements and ideas while maintaining reliability, performance, and maintainability.
- Use AI-assisted and agentic coding tools for development, testing, debugging, experimentation, and delivery.
- Translate business and operational requirements into practical technical designs and scalable implementations.
- Collaborate with engineers, applied scientists, TPMs, designers, and operational teams.
- Apply code reviews, automated testing, CI/CD, observability, documentation, security, privacy, Responsible AI, compliance, and operational-readiness practices.
- Build reusable components, accelerators, and engineering patterns that scale across teams and transformation scenarios.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical field and 2+ years of technical engineering experience coding in languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python, or equivalent experience.
- Preferred: bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of technical engineering experience, or a master’s degree in computer science or a related technical field and 2+ years of technical engineering experience, or equivalent experience.
- Ability to work effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving, multidisciplinary environments and adapt to emerging AI technologies.
