Responsibilities
- Embed directly with clients to understand business and technical challenges and translate ambiguous problems into executable engineering solutions.
- Own AI solution outcomes from discovery and design through prototype, production deployment, and transition to long-term support.
- Build LLM-powered applications, chatbots, copilots, assistants, RAG systems, agentic workflows, and orchestration pipelines.
- Integrate AI systems with enterprise data platforms, APIs, and external systems while optimizing latency, cost, accuracy, scalability, and security.
- Design scalable, reliable, observable cloud-native architectures across Azure, AWS, and GCP.
- Create reusable accelerators, frameworks, reference implementations, and best practices for enterprise GenAI deployments.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders and internal teams to deliver measurable business impact and scale successful solutions.
Requirements
- 15+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering, data engineering, or AI/ML.
- Strong system-building and production deployment experience in client-facing or high-ambiguity environments.
- Experience independently delivering complex, high-impact solutions and working with technical and business stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of distributed systems, microservices, APIs, and cloud-native architectures.
- Preferred experience with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, RAG architectures, vector databases, agentic workflows, and orchestration frameworks.
- Preferred experience integrating AI systems with enterprise data platforms and using OpenAI, Claude, Cursor, Palantir, Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Preferred experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, MLOps, model monitoring, and frontend or UI development for AI applications.
- Prior Forward Deployed Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Field Engineer experience and experience building zero-to-one AI or data products are preferred.
