Responsibilities

  • Drive anti-cheat features from ambiguous concepts through production across user-mode, kernel-mode, and obfuscation tooling surfaces.
  • Develop scalable detections, mitigations, countermeasures, and preventative controls against emerging cheating threats.
  • Reverse engineer evasive cheats and operating-system manipulation techniques, including packed and obfuscated binaries.
  • Investigate and resolve complex compatibility issues in opaque environments.
  • Support game teams in understanding cheating ecosystems and integrating Anti-Cheat capabilities.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in C/C++ and x86/x64 assembly.
  • Experience building and debugging low-level, security-sensitive systems.
  • Strong understanding of Windows process and thread lifecycles, virtual memory, handles and objects, security contexts, executable image formats, DLL loading, and the Windows loader.
  • Hands-on reverse engineering experience with packed, protected, or obfuscated binaries and runtime concealment or manipulation techniques.
  • Practical experience developing, debugging, and maintaining production-grade Windows kernel-mode drivers.
  • Preferred: experience in cheat-development or game-security research communities and knowledge of modern cheat techniques and anti-cheat evasions.
  • Preferred: familiarity with hypervisors, DKOM, EPT manipulation, vulnerable drivers, hardware-assisted cheats, runtime integrity verification, behavioral detection, and client attestation.
