Base Salary
$180k - $230k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own meaningful product surface area from problem identification to shipped solution.
- Build customer-facing workflows for environmental commodities.
- Collaborate with Product and Design to prioritize impactful solutions.
- Act as the Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) on initiatives, aligning stakeholders and driving projects.
- Raise quality standards through thoughtful reviews and pragmatic architecture.
- Communicate clearly and use meetings for active collaboration.
Requirements
- Possess a product engineer's mindset focused on user needs.
- Demonstrate high ownership and urgency in project execution.
- Exhibit strong collaboration skills with accountability.
- Utilize AI to enhance workflows and feedback loops.
- Have excellent engineering fundamentals for building reliable software.
- Prior Rails experience is helpful but not required.
