Responsibilities

  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to security engineers and advise on product security response and remediation workflows.
  • Coordinate globally with leads in the United States and Zurich while maintaining operational independence.
  • Develop AI agents and infrastructure to automate root cause analysis, variant analysis, trend analysis, and remediation.
  • Build and maintain a unified vulnerability analysis pipeline and dashboarding system for executive-level threat and ROI insights.
  • Lead large-scale remediation efforts that eliminate entire classes of vulnerabilities across products and infrastructure.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Eight years of experience with security assessments, security design reviews, or threat modeling.
  • Eight years of experience with security engineering, computer and network security, and security protocols.
  • Eight years of experience coding in one or more general-purpose languages.
  • Three years of experience leading teams in a technical capacity or leading technical risk analysis in an enterprise environment.
  • Preferred: experience managing large-scale security improvements and collaborating with product teams on widespread technical remediation.
  • Preferred: experience building or deploying automated security workflow tools, including LLM-based agents.
  • Preferred: strong software security background in vulnerability research and reproduction, threat modeling and assessments, and variant analysis.
  • Breadth of application security experience including web security, mobile security, API security, authentication, and access control.
