Responsibilities
- Design and build foundational elements for new products in a startup ecosystem.
- Develop scalable backend processing and UI representations for EI and payment products.
- Design and implement technical solutions and integrations across internal and external systems.
- Deliver high-quality code quickly and conduct code reviews.
- Build or enable development processes and tools where needed.
- Mentor and manage junior developers while promoting a high-performance culture.
- Collaborate with product management and engineering leaders on product delivery.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of backend technology experience using Java, Spring Boot, low-level design, data structures and algorithms, multithreading, and AWS.
- Hands-on knowledge of Core Java, Spring, Hibernate, SQL, and JavaScript frameworks such as ExtJS and React JS.
- Knowledge of frontend and backend development, cloud platforms such as AWS and GCP, Git, Jira, system architecture, and database configuration.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, logical-thinking, and technical-design skills.
- Ability to deliver high-quality, bug-free code with minimal iterations.
