Responsibilities
- Partner with technology leaders and stakeholders to re-engineer core business processes through AI-driven automation.
- Develop and engineer software solutions across multiple delivery teams, including writing code and contributing to sprint goals.
- Implement critical features and complex technical solutions using clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
- Collaborate with Principal Engineers to define and evolve system architecture and design.
- Provide expert technical guidance to multiple teams on scalable, robust, and efficient solutions.
- Drive adoption of AI reference solutions, apprentice future experts, and promote technical excellence and continuous improvement.
- Stay current with emerging technologies, tools, and industry trends.
Requirements
- Experience in a software engineering leadership role leveraging AI coding agents effectively.
- Strong interest in building consumer-focused solutions that are both technically sound and compelling.
- Deep technical expertise, business acumen, and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
