Base Salary

$90k - $170k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Develop, deploy, configure, and support secure, reliable, scalable production software.
  • Build or integrate AI/ML solutions, including machine learning models, generative AI applications, LLMs, and AI-powered services.
  • Write code and scripts for infrastructure automation, monitoring, test automation, and destructive resilience testing.
  • Create dashboards, logging, alerting, and response mechanisms to identify and address production issues proactively.
  • Collaborate with UX, engineering, product management, and other product team members through agile processes.
  • Document, review, and maintain quality and change-control standards while creating testable user stories.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of relevant software development or engineering experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent degree in a related field.
  • Must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to work in the United States.
  • Experience programming in Python and at least one object-oriented programming language, preferably Java.
  • Experience developing, integrating, or supporting AI/ML solutions and using tools such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, LangChain, or OpenAI/Azure AI services.
  • Experience with SQL, relational and NoSQL databases, Git, front-end technologies, cloud platforms, APIs, microservice architectures, debugging, monitoring, and root cause analysis.
  • Exposure to AI model evaluation, prompt engineering, model tuning, MLOps, security frameworks, and automated testing.
