Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Adobe Target activities to improve website conversion rates, engagement, and customer lifetime value.
- Design Adobe Target experiences using audience segmentation, dynamic content, and personalization.
- Launch, monitor, and optimize Adobe Target activities based on performance data.
- Troubleshoot Adobe Target issues and provide technical support to stakeholders.
- Partner with product management and analytics teams on A/B testing, MVT, Recommendations, Experience Targeting, and Automated Personalization capabilities.
- Implement and configure Web and Mobile SDKs, data streams, and Adobe Data Collection/Adobe Launch.
- Maintain current knowledge of Adobe Target features and best practices.
- Manage multiple projects, prioritize work, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality results.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of hands-on Adobe Target experience.
- In-depth knowledge of Adobe Target, its capabilities, features, and integrations with Adobe Experience Cloud products.
- Excellent knowledge of Adobe Analytics and Adobe DTM/Launch.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
- Experience with A/B testing, MVT, Experience Targeting, Automated Personalization, and Recommendations.
- Understanding of cross-product integrations including Target with AAM, Analytics, and AEP.
- Hands-on experience with network diagnostics and network analytics tools.
- Proficiency in tag management solutions, preferably Adobe Launch/Data Collection.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
- Knowledge of web analytics is a plus.
- Understanding of web applications, including security, session management, and development best practices.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
